First BBQ 2015

It was beautiful weather yesterday. Our first warm day of the year. After a morning of hard work in the garden it was Wine Time.



Time for the first BBQ of the year. Our last BBQ of 2014 was in November. We hardly had any Winter.


I marinated the Brussel sprouts in mustard and olive oil. Not too bad. But the combination of prawns & Brussel sprouts is not something I will repeat in the near future.

It was lovely. Few things beat sipping white wine in the Spring sunshine.
